The system upgrade will begin on Friday, March 24th at 6:00 PM EST and will be complete on Monday, March 27th at 9:00 AM EST.

We are confident this will make your overall banking experience with us even better and we are expecting a seamless transition over the system upgrade weekend..

Please carefully review the information booklet and FAQ's to help you better understand how this system upgrade will affect your account(s) and services.

Below are a few key dates and details to make note of:

  • The system upgrade will begin on Friday, March 24th at 6:00 PM EST.

  • The system upgrade will be complete on Monday, March 27th at 9:00 AM EST.

  • Online, mobile, e-business banking, telephone banking, bill pay and remote deposit capture will not be available during the system upgrade beginning at 6:00 PM EST on Friday, March 24th - 9:00 AM EST on Monday, March 27th.

WILL ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING BE AFFECTED?

Online banking and mobile banking will not be available from Friday, March 24th at 6:00 PM EST through Monday, March 27th at 9:00 AM EST. We will be upgrading our system so you will not have access to these banking systems at this time, which means you will not be able to view your accounts online during this time.

WILL BILL PAY BE AVAILABLE DURING THE SYSTEM UPGRADE?

Bill pay history will not change.
Scheduled payments will keep the same schedule.
Bill pay will be unavailable during the online banking upgrade.
As a precaution so you don't miss any payments, please do not schedule payments for Friday, March 24th.

HOW WILL BUSINESS ACH SERVICES BE IMPACTED?

As part of this upgrade, the new ACH origination cut off time will be 3:00 PM EST daily for businesses.
ACH origination services will be available for use with a new cut off time starting on Monday, March 27th.

WILL ATMS BE AVAILABLE DURING THE SYSTEM UPGRADE?

ATMs will be available during the system upgrade.

WILL I GET A NEW DEBIT CARD?

You will not receive a new debit card.

WILL MY TRANSACTIONS POST DURING THE SYSTEM UPGRADE?

Your transactions will not post during the system upgrade. All activity will be updated on Monday, March 27th at 9:00 AM EST.

WILL TELEPHONE BANKING BE AFFECTED?

We will have a new telephone banking number. Please make a note of this new phone number for telephone banking - 833.998.4735. This new number becomes effective on Monday, March 27th.

Telephone banking will be unavailable beginning Friday, March 24th at 6:00 PM EST through Monday, March 27th at 9:00 AM EST.

Personal telephone banking customers will need to enter their new 8-digit VRU Access Number, which will be MMDDSSN

(Birth Month, Birth Day, and last four of SSN) and when prompted, enter the 4 digit PIN (default PIN is the last 4 of SSN), you will
be required to change the four-digit PIN when you log in for the first time on Monday, March 27th. The VRU Access Number and PIN will be required each time you call Telephone Banking.

If you have a business account and wish to log into telephone banking you will need to contact a branch or the Customer Care Center on or after March 27, 2023 so that you can get a new PIN assigned.

WILL I RECEIVE A STATEMENT?

All customers will receive a statement dated March 24th; going forward all checking statements will be produced on the last business day of the month. All Service Charges will be waived for the month of March.

WILL BRANCHES BE OPEN ON SATURDAY?

Our Colonial Heights and South Hill branches will be closed on Saturday, March 25th. • The Customer Care Center will be open from 8:45 AM EST - 4:00 PM EST.

WILL MY KASASA ACCOUNT CHANGE?

All Kasasa account customers will receive a special end of cycle statement on Friday, March 24th and all accounts will auto qualify for rewards during this time.

WILL MY ACCOUNT NUMBER(S) CHANGE?

There will be no impact to your account number(s).

WILL I GET NEW CHECKS?

We will not issue new checks. Customers can continue to use their existing checks.

WILL THIS AFFECT MY REMOTE DEPOSIT CAPTURE?

Remote Deposit Capture services will be unavailable during the system upgrade. There will not be any changes affecting this service and it will be available for use on Monday, March 27th at 9:00 AM EST.

WILL MY TOUCHSTONE BANK LOAN BE IMPACTED?

Your Touchstone Bank loan and scheduled payments will not be impacted.

WILL QUICKBOOKS BE AFFECTED?

We currently have Web Connect and will be adding Direct Connect.

WILL ZELLE BE AFFECTED?

There will be no changes to your history. Service will be interrupted while mobile banking is unavailable during the system upgrade.
